Here, I advise you not to limit the word "experience" to the scope of experience, define it in a different way and convince the employer to agree with your opinion. It is not necessary to go through experience to gain knowledge and experience. Experience is not the only process to gain experience. So how to accumulate experience for yourself. The answer is that you will accumulate it through case study exercises. I often emphasize to students that in the case studies that you do, there is never a correct answer, because what you need is not a standard answer, but to find an orientation or a concept that is most supported and agreed upon by everyone.
