RECRUITMENT FOR TRANSITIONAL ENROLLMENT FROM COLLEGE, COLLEGE TO FULL-TIME UNIVERSITY

1/ Pursuant to Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BGDDT dated December 25, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training on Regulations on joint training at college and university levels; and Circular No. 08/2015/TT-BGDDT dated April 21, 2015 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on joint training at college and university levels.

2/ Pursuant to Decision No. 501/QD-BGDDT dated January 27, 2011; Decision No. 255/QD-BGDDT dated January 18, 2012 and Decision No. 5835/QD-BGDDT dated December 12, 2014 on assigning Dai Nam University to provide training from intermediate vocational level to full-time university level in the fields of Accounting, Information Technology, Construction Engineering, Pharmacy;

3/ Based on the 2016 enrollment quota for the inter-university program of Dai Nam University announced by the Ministry of Education and Training;

4/ Based on the enrollment plan of the Dai Nam University's joint training system;

1/ Training industry:  - Pharmacy; Accounting; Information technology; Construction engineering;
2/ Training time:           - Pharmacy: 4 years (8 semesters)
- Accounting, Information Technology: 3 years (6 semesters)
- Civil Engineering: 3.5 years (7 semesters)
3/ Training form: Full-time
4/ Admission objects : All Vietnamese citizens working in economic sectors and social organizations, meeting the following conditions are eligible to apply:
- Have a secondary school diploma in the correct major or the same major group as the exam.
- Be healthy enough to study, not have infectious or mental illnesses.
- Submit application documents in accordance with regulations.
5/ Application documents include:
1. Application form (issued by the Ministry of Education and Training)
2. Copy of birth certificate.
3. 04 3x4 sample photos, with full name, date of birth and place of birth clearly written on the back
4. 03 envelopes with full name and date of birth of the candidate
5. University application form
All the above documents are contained in the envelope: “Admission documents” (form issued by the Ministry of Education and Training)
6/ Entrance exam
a. People with a vocational secondary school diploma must take 3 subjects in the entrance exam organized by the Admissions Council of Dai Nam University:
1. Pharmacy: Statistics, Analytical Chemistry, Integrated subjects (Pharmaceutical Management, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Materials, Preparation)
2. Accounting: English, Accounting Principles, Financial Accounting;
3. Information Technology: English, General Information Technology, Programming Fundamentals;
4. Civil Engineering: English, Strength of Materials, Construction Engineering;
b. The organization of admission, recognition of admission and calling of admitted candidates are carried out according to the current regulations on regular university and college admission of the Ministry of Education and Training.
7/ Entrance exam score: At Dai Nam University examination council.
8/ Learning method: Continuous focused learning.
9/ Tuition: Tuition is collected upon admission – Collected according to current regulations of Dai Nam University.
10/ Application receiving plan, recruitment exam plan:
- Deadline for application is November 30, 2016
- The exam is scheduled to be held from December 1, 2016 to December 10, 2016.
- Expected exam time: mid-December 2016
