PHOTO CONTEST PLAN
“MR & MISS DNU”

I. PURPOSE - MEANING
- The photo contest “Mr & Miss DNU” is a social media photo contest for all students studying at Dai Nam University.
- Aiming to create a playground and opportunity to share impressive and extremely interesting moments of DNU students at their beloved university widely on social networks.
- A good opportunity to promote the image of Dai Nam University students to serve the school's communication and enrollment work.
- The selected photo will be used as the school's brand for at least 01 year.
II. SPECIFIC CONTENT
1. Time:
- Time to submit photos to the contest: from March 4 to 10:00 on March 15, 2016
- Voting time: from 09:00 on March 17 to 21:00 on March 21, 2016
- Awarding time: March 23, 2016
2. Participants:
- Students and alumni from all systems in the School.
- Staff and lecturers of Dai Nam University
3. Requirements:
- Candidates can send full body or half body photos (selfies are not accepted) that clearly show the brand identity of Dai Nam University.
- Contest photos are personal photos of the contestants.
- Contestants are responsible for the copyright of the images and information they post.
- Contestants' photos must be polite and in accordance with Vietnamese customs.
- Photo size: minimum 2MB.
III. ORGANIZATION PROCESS
1. How to register to participate:
- Step 1: Send your photo to the Organizing Committee's email: dnu@dainam.edu.vn
Or send directly to the Communications Department - Dai Nam University, campus 56 Vu Trong Phung.

2. Scoring rules and voting method: Total 100 points
Criterion 1: Online voting score on Dai Nam University: Total 50 points
Step 1: Like Page: Dai Nam University (10 points)
Step 2: Like the contest photo (10 points)
Step 3: Number of good comments under the contest photo (10 points)
Step 4: Share your contest photo (20 points)
Criterion 2: Score from the organizing committee: Total 50 points
- Beautiful image (30 points)
- Impressive photo content, clearly showing Dai Nam University brand identity (10 points)
- Clear, meaningful, creative captions (10 points)

IV. PRIZES/BENEFITS
1. Prizes:
- 2 First prizes: 1,000,000 VND/prize + certificate
- 4 Second prizes : 500,000 VND/prize + certificate of merit
- 4 Third prizes: 300,000 VND/prize + certificate of merit
2. Benefits:
- Images of contestants winning MISS & MR awards can be widely used in communication and promotion of the School's image.
- Honored in the final night of Dainam's Got Talent on the evening of March 23.
- The school has the right to use selected photos to promote the school's image.
