Schedule for paying online university admission fees 2024 of 63 provinces and cities nationwide

The Ministry of Education and Training has announced the schedule for paying online university entrance exam fees in 2024 for 63 provinces and cities. Candidates who have registered their wishes should pay attention to pay the fees on time.

On July 22, 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch 3712/BGDĐT-CNTT on implementing online payment of university admission registration fees in 2024.

Schedule for paying online university admission fees 2024 of 63 provinces and cities

Specifically, according to the Plan for Deploying University and College Admissions for Preschool Education in 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training (Official Dispatch 1957/BGDĐT-GDĐH), candidates will have to complete registration and adjust their admission wishes before 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2024 and pay the admission registration fee online from July 31, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2024.

To ensure safety, convenience, and avoid overload during the process of candidates making online payments, the Ministry of Education and Training announces the schedule for candidates to make online payments on the Admission Registration Support System according to the provinces/cities (where candidates have submitted their applications).

Specifically, the 2024 online university admission fee payment schedule for 63 provinces and cities will be divided into 6 phases as follows:

Subjects and conditions for university admission in 2024

Specifically, Article 5 of the Regulations issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT stipulates the subjects and conditions for university entrance examination in 2024 as follows:

(1) Candidates are determined at the time of selection (before the official selection results are announced), including:

- People who have been recognized as graduating from high school in Vietnam or have a foreign diploma recognized as equivalent;

- People who have a secondary vocational diploma in the same field as the applied field and have completed the required amount of high school cultural knowledge as prescribed by law.

(2) Candidates specified in (1) must meet the following conditions:

- Meet the input threshold as prescribed in Article 9 of the Regulations issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT;

- Be healthy enough to study according to current regulations;

- Have full personal information and application documents as required.

(3) For a training program or a training major that simultaneously applies multiple admission methods, the training institution may specify the subjects and admission conditions for each admission method but must comply with the principles specified in Point b, Clause 1, Article 4 of the Regulations issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT.

(4) For disabled candidates with reduced learning ability, training institutions shall take necessary measures and create the best conditions for candidates to register and study in majors suitable to their health conditions.

Instructions for paying university admission fees 2024

• Step 1: Access the page http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/ >> Enter CCCD/CMND, Login code and Confirmation code;
• Step 2: Select "View list of registered wishes" >> Click "Payment" button;
• Step 3: Check the admission fee according to the number of registered wishes and confirm payment;
• Step 4: Select one of the payment methods displayed on the screen and press the "Pay" button
• Step 5: Enter payment account information such as bank card number or e-wallet information and click the Accept button below to pay the fee.

Candidates need to pay the fee on the Ministry of Education and Training system to complete the registration process.
