In order to exchange professional expertise, and at the same time help lecturers and students of Dai Nam University grasp and promptly update new contents of the 2015 Civil Code to serve teaching, research, study and work, on the morning of October 21, 2016, the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University organized a scientific seminar with the theme: "Some new points of the 2015 Civil Code".
In order to exchange professional expertise, and at the same time help lecturers and students of Dai Nam University grasp and promptly update the new contents of the 2015 Civil Code to serve the work of teaching, research, study and work, on the morning of October 21, 2016, the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University organized a scientific seminar with the theme: " Some new points of the 2015 Civil Code ". The seminar received deep attention from the School's Board of Directors, leading experts in the field of civil law, scientists, faculties, departments in the school and students of the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University. In particular, the seminar was attended by Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dang Hue - Nguyen Director of the Department of Civil and Economic Law, Ministry of Justice, to share and discuss with students about the new points of the 2015 Civil Code.

The 2015 Civil Code was passed on November 24, 2015 and will officially take effect from January 1, 2017. This law contains many new points compared to the provisions of the 2005 Civil Code. Studying, analyzing and evaluating these new points is very important not only for lecturers and researchers but also for law practitioners and law students.
In his opening speech at the Workshop, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Xuan Duc - Dean of the Faculty of Law also emphasized: “ In the recent past, we are pleased to see the maturity of the Faculty of Law in the scientific research movement. This is demonstrated right in today's workshop. The workshop has received the attention of many students, presenting papers by many great experts in the field of civil law, leaders of law faculties of many universities”.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Duc – Dean of the Faculty of Law delivered the opening speech at the Workshop.
The papers presented at the workshop were the most interesting issues in the changes of the 2015 Civil Code compared to the 2005 Civil Code. Speaker - Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dang Hue had very lively discussions related to this content.

Students listened seriously and took notes of useful information shared by teachers at the seminar.
The workshop also received many questions from students about the differences between the 2005 Civil Code and the 2015 Civil Code. The workshop not only helped students of the Faculty of Law gain more knowledge about the Law they are studying, but also helped them better understand the Civil Code, the innovations in the 2015 Code, so that they can apply them in their learning and research process.Latest article
