Soft skills (also known as social practice skills) is a term related to emotional intelligence, used to refer to important skills in human life such as: life skills, communication, leadership, teamwork, relaxation skills, overcoming crises, creativity and innovation...
The term Soft Skills is different from Hard Skills which refers to professional qualifications, specialized knowledge or degrees and certifications. It usually appears on a resume, education, experience and professional proficiency.
Soft skills are mainly personality skills, non-professional, intangible, not special personality skills, they are formed through people changing their positive perception and practicing.
In fact, not many people are aware of the importance of soft skills, although the Ministry of Education and Training has defined output standards towards training knowledge, improving skills and changing positive attitudes of each student. In fact, thousands of students graduate lacking skills, heavy on theory, weak on practice. Businesses are facing difficulties in recruitment and training.
In addition, the reality of the decline of morality, culture, and lifestyle. People are becoming increasingly arid, indifferent, and distant, lacking love and relationships between people. The images of apathy and lack of morality of young people are reported by the media or we witness with our own eyes. Images of students fighting, stripping and tearing their friends' shirts are at risk of becoming a "movement", images of indifference to the suffering and misfortune of others are becoming more and more natural. When witnessing the above incidents, the community is indifferent, apathetic as if they do not see anything. Instead of preventing and explaining right and wrong, they encourage and support those immoral and uncultured actions. The reality of this "disease of apathy" is becoming extremely complicated. Once again, the alarm bell about apathy is ringing, especially for young people. The existence of "Each family's light shines brightly" or "When the neighbor's house is on fire, we remain calm" shows that we have abandoned the traditions of our nation and our own honor.
