Every year, at the appointed time, we are young again to immerse ourselves in the feelings, spirit and enthusiasm of our eighteen and twenty years old. The most beautiful age of each person's life with so many ambitions, full of energy but also the age with so much uncertainty, recklessness, foolishness, clumsiness crossing the threshold of youth that life has bestowed upon each person.
At eighteen and twenty, people are wavering in front of so many choices. Some people have too many dreams, while others do not have a destination. They are always struggling to find their own path, they always want to assert themselves but do not know who they are, what kind of person they are, they do not know what they really need. Eighteen and twenty are days of uncertainty to the point that people do not understand what they are thinking and doing.
Eighteen and twenty are the days when they begin to step into an independent life, establish new friendships, away from the arms and protection of their parents. They think that they can fly into life as long as they are together, with the desire and aspirations of youth, a rosy life is waiting for them ahead and they only need clear eyes to be able to live with life. But, life is not that simple. They just need to overcome themselves, know who they are in life, which is already difficult, let alone have to live with others, work with others to be more successful in life.
Not seeking great things, we just want to bring students an environment to learn, experience, affirm, break down their own barriers, explore their personal potential to live the most carefree, most dedicated life, knowing how to sacrifice themselves for the collective and also give them an environment for them to think, to be emotional, to be profound and see that life is meaningful.
INTEGRATION, CREATIVITY AND EMPATHY, that is part of the meaning of the experiences that we send to you. We hope that you will promote the spirit of teamwork, solidarity, creativity and live to the fullest to assert yourself, for the ultimate goal of the whole group. Even though it is freezing rain, even though it is scorching hot, even though the wind is howling continuously, even though your body is exhausted, you come from different regions, different majors, different personalities, at that time you are in the same rhythm, a single step, a common breath and more than anyone else you understand them with the same heartbeat of a youthful heart full of vitality. A group is only formed when its members share the same goals, the same interests and are devoted to those common things. "If one sister falls, I will help her up", "when one horse is in pain, the whole stable will give up grass" or "one tree alone cannot make a forest, three trees together can make a high mountain" are things that the children can understand and learn.

SUCCESS is never achieved by ROUTINE but by CREATIVITY, that is what you must always remember. Creativity is always the source of human civilization. We hope that you overcome the difficulties, barriers, and obstacles that teachers give you in the most creative and fastest way and feel the feeling of joy and happiness when you are the winner, the one who overcomes the difficult challenges that the exercises bring.

Whether in the game or in life, when you stumble, the lesson you need to learn is EXPERIENCE. Experience is another name for FAILURE that we must know how to DO AGAIN. A friend in your group when too tired, exhausted and discouraged, really needs a teammate to reach out and hold his hand. Sweat drops all over the body, tears rolling down the cheeks. You may have learned a lot from the team game, gained a lot of experience from the stumbles of a hard day, but we are also sure that you have learned many lessons for yourself to move forward in a life full of thorns. You need to learn to force a smile in the pain, try to hide the unwanted feelings, try to get up after the first stumbles in life.

Confucius taught that “The body is given by parents, Wisdom is taught by life, hunger and fullness are determined by oneself”. Teachers can only teach children life lessons, equip them with knowledge so that they can confidently move forward. In the first steps of children, they need to remember their family. Family is the first cradle where they are protected, the first and last support throughout the journey. Before they go to school, to teachers to learn professional knowledge, more than anyone else, they need to learn to be human. They must know how to thank their parents, who gave birth to them, gave them the body they have. Thank and understand the sacrifices of their fathers and mothers, who have exhausted their lives to take care of their children. Children must know that when they grow up full of vitality, their parents will also grow old and wither. Everything you have today is what your parents sacrificed and passed on to you. In this life full of pitfalls. Teachers only remind you that, in difficult times, you should remember the first lullabies that your parents taught you: "Father's merit is like Thai Son mountain, Mother's love is like the water flowing from the source, my child, if you want to become a good person, listen to your parents' words, wholeheartedly serve your mother and respect your father, fulfilling filial piety is the way of a child".

Cao Duy Khanh, a student from English class K11, shared: “The training camp is a very effective method of learning skills for us students. Through the physical games, my classmates and I have become closer and more united. Not only are we playing physical games, but we can also apply theoretical knowledge about skills in the training camp, discovering our own abilities and passions in work and life.”

Student Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Faculty of Social Sciences - K11 excitedly said: “ This is the first time I have participated in a training camp like this, it is really interesting and useful. We form groups and when we are in a group, we are all one, united and try to complete the games. A day of studying at the Training Camp is really tiring but I learned a lot of skills through the games. I am more confident, have made more friends, know how to control my emotions, how to work in a group…”
