Starting from 2017, instead of doing the Graduation Thesis and defending it on the podium, final year students of the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University will participate in building and operating the Soft Skills Training project for high school students. They will have to apply all the knowledge and skills acquired during their time at school to build the training project. The success of the project will be used by the Faculty as a basis for evaluating and classifying the students upon graduation.

Following the success of 2018, the Faculty of Business Administration continues to implement the program "Soft skills training for 10,000 high school students in 2019". On March 14, the program was officially launched and successfully organized at Giap Hai High School - Bac Giang city.

From early morning, Dai Nam students worked hard to prepare for the program.
With the motto of training on the three legs of “Knowledge – Skills – Attitude”, Dai Nam University has been making every effort so that each generation of graduates can best meet the needs of society. Realizing the importance of training soft skills for students, in 2013, the Board of Directors assigned the Faculty of Business Administration to build and apply the teaching of the Soft Skills Department.
Not only teaching soft skills to students in the school, the school also wants to replicate the soft skills camp model to a large number of students across the country through a soft skills experience program for high school students.

Nguyen Thi Thuy - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration said: " The biggest wish of the School is that after 4 years of hard study, students will have enough luggage, confidently step into the new challenging journey ahead. Grade 12 students will have the necessary skills to best prepare for studying in a professional university environment..."
Soft skills project “made in DNU” comes to Bac Giang high school students
With the theme “Secrets to Teen Success”, the soft skills experience program for 10,000 high school students in 2019 of Dai Nam University attracted a lot of attention from teachers and students of Giap Hai High School, bringing interesting and useful experiences “different from the seminars that the students have participated in”.
Board of Directors of Giap Hai High School and teachers of Dai Nam University excitedly watched the Teambuilding activities of the students.
Sharing at the program, MSc. Duong Minh Tu - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration confided: " One of the reasons leading to ineffective learning in university and unemployment among graduates is the lack of soft skills. Grade 12 students who are on the threshold of entering university need to be fully equipped with spirit, skills and knowledge to be able to "learn to know, learn to do, learn to live together and learn to assert themselves "..."

After the opening ceremony, the students were divided into 10 groups, each group created its own identity by “naming the team, slogan and dance to celebrate the victory”. When creating their own groups, the students were stirred up by extremely special greetings.
At the end of the team building session, the students of Giap Hai High School moved on to part 2 called “Emotional Room”. The students went through a very special activity together, which was lighting candles of love and sharing their feelings through letters to their parents.
Nguyen Thu Hien, a 12th grade student at Giap Hai High School, shared: “ I have never participated in an activity with as many emotions as this program. I have learned a lot from the program such as team spirit, teamwork skills, perseverance, filial piety and gratitude…”
