Firstly, the curriculum of the Finance – Banking major of DNU is the most practical in the Northern region. Up to now, Dai Nam is the only university in Vietnam that has introduced core banking software into its curriculum. Moreover, the Faculty regularly invites practical experts working at securities companies and commercial banks to participate in teaching practical credits.

Second, students are equipped with many soft skills, which are essential for the career process, such as: Planning skills; team management; conflict management; creating, maintaining and developing relationships;...

Third, the team of experienced lecturers graduated from leading universities in the country, such as: National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Banking Academy, University of Commerce, University of Economics (Hanoi National University), Academy of Finance... The young and enthusiastic lecturers were trained in learning environments in countries with developed education systems such as England, France, China...

Fourth, DNU has a spacious and modern infrastructure system that best meets the needs of teaching, learning, practice, and in-depth research of teachers and students. In addition, the convenient infrastructure system includes dormitories, gymnasiums, sports grounds, 03 soccer fields, volleyball courts, etc., to best serve the needs of rest, relaxation, and physical training for students.

Fifth, during the learning process, students are supported with internships and field trips to large banks and financial companies. The Faculty of Finance and Banking constantly expands connections and cooperation with leading commercial banks and financial companies in Vietnam such as: OCB, Agribank, Techcombank, BIDV, VNDirect... to introduce jobs to students after graduation.
