The highlight of the Semi-Final round is the “Breakthrough” competition, where 6 teams – each consisting of 5 members – face real-life situations that CEOs often have to deal with.

Under the guidance of mentors who are lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration, the teams had 15 minutes to introduce their team, analyze the problem, propose creative solutions and sustainable development strategies. The mentors' sharp advice helped the contestants maximize their abilities and create convincing performances.

Top 12 revealed – Race to the Finals officially begins!

After intense competition, the Jury selected the 2 best teams to enter the Finals:

- Group 3 – Mentor Do Thi Thanh Hoa

- Group 6 – Mentor Bui Tung Lam

In addition, with impressive performances, the Organizing Committee has specially selected 2 outstanding individuals from teams that did not make it to the next round, helping them continue their journey to conquer the title of Super CEO 2025.
