After 14 years of establishment, the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) has continuously developed and improved its position in the system of IT training units. In the 2022-2023 school year, the number of new students enrolled was double that of the previous school year, showing that the brand of the IT Faculty of Dai Nam University is firmly positioned and highly prestigious. Recently, the Faculty of IT happily celebrated its 14th anniversary.

The program takes place with 02 contents: Conference to summarize the 2022-2023 school year and plan for the 2023-2024 school year; Ceremony to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Information Technology.

Actively attract businesses to participate in training high-quality human resources

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Board acknowledged the proud achievements of the Faculty in the 2022 - 2023 school year, which is shown in: "The number of students enrolled in the Faculty of Information Technology this year has doubled compared to last year. To achieve that result, we have overcome many difficulties and challenges, especially in terms of human resources. Up to now, the staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Information Technology have made the Board of Directors and the School Board extremely assured and confident" .

In addition, the Chairman emphasized the task: “It is necessary to attract more businesses to participate in the training process, thereby helping students quickly grasp the basic specific requirements of businesses before graduating. At the same time, the Faculty needs to be more proactive in promoting practice for students to hone their skills, helping them to be more confident in their work. The leadership and staff of the Faculty are responsible for making the brand of the Faculty of Information Technology of Dai Nam University stronger, striving to become the number one IT training institution in Vietnam. In particular, by all means, teachers must teach students to become good citizens and have a good life in accordance with the mission that our School is aiming for” .

On the occasion of the founding anniversary of the Faculty of Information Technology, Mr. Pham Van Hong - Principal of the school congratulated and advised the students of the Faculty of Information Technology: "In addition to the arrangement, support and guidance of teachers, you yourself must really make an effort to not only complete the knowledge in the training program but also continuously improve the skills and knowledge that businesses need. In the Summary Report of the 2022-2023 school year and the presentation of the plan for the 2023-2024 school year, Mr. Tran Dang Cong - Head of the Faculty of Information Technology mentioned many notable contents related to the innovation of the Faculty's training program. Accordingly, he emphasized and affirmed: "After completing the first semester of the first year, IT students can completely "work" in the IT environment and after 3 semesters of this first academic year, Dai Nam University students can completely become a programmer" .
