The Ministry of Education and Training issued special notes on university admission registration in 2021.

The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced guidelines for university admissions in 2021. Accordingly, candidates registering for admission can only choose one of two methods.
2 ways to register for admission
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates registering for admission can only choose one of the following two methods:
Method 1: Directly register all information on the 2021 high school graduation exam registration form and university and college admission form; candidates are not allowed to adjust their admission application information when the reception point has updated the candidate's information into the database within the prescribed time.
Method 2: Register online (at qualified locations), candidates register directly on the Registration Form and the Registration Form for the information for the high school graduation exam; the online registration of admission wishes must be completed within the prescribed time and candidates can adjust the registration information many times within the prescribed time.
Adjust your wishes 3 times
For candidates who need to adjust their registration wishes, they can only do so online: after receiving the high school graduation exam results, each candidate can adjust their registration wishes up to 3 times within the prescribed time; Candidates who review their exams/subjects will adjust their registration wishes after receiving the high school graduation exam review results.
Candidates can adjust no more than the number of wishes originally registered, using the personal account and password that has been granted to make the adjustment.
Candidates who adjust the number of wishes to be larger than the number originally registered or adjust errors in the contents related to priority subjects and priority areas must accurately declare this information and submit it at the application receiving point to supplement funds equivalent to the number of wishes increased compared to the number of wishes originally registered.
Then use the personal account and password that have been granted to make the adjustment after the reception point staff updates the additional information of the candidate's wishes on the admission portal.
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates must correctly enter the training institution - school code, major/group code, and admission combination code according to the school's regulations. Any incorrect wishes will not be accepted by the software system and will be eliminated.
During the time candidates adjust their admission wishes, universities absolutely do not update or publish information about candidates applying to their schools.
In addition, the Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to publicly and transparently announce quality assurance conditions in determining enrollment targets, preliminary selection conditions, admission conditions, admission combinations, quality assurance thresholds, and school priority policies, etc.
Schools must have measures to control the preliminary selection conditions when requesting candidates for admission, to avoid the situation where candidates are admitted but are disqualified upon admission due to not meeting the preliminary selection conditions.
In particular, schools are not allowed to notify successful candidates in any form when the candidates have not graduated from high school; using multiple admission methods at the same time for a major or group of majors must determine and publicly announce the admission quota and admission score for each admission method according to the regulations of the admission regulations.
