Topping out of the Rectoral Administration Building - Dai Nam University Complex Construction Project Phase II with a total investment of 1,800 billion VND

After more than 6 months of "lightning-fast" construction, on the morning of December 2, 2022, the Rector's Administration Building of the Dai Nam University Complex Construction Project Phase II with a total investment of up to 1,800 billion VND was officially topped out.

Attending the Topping Out Ceremony were Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Council, Mr. Do Quan - Vice Chairman of the School Council, the Board of Directors, representatives of functional departments in the school, representatives of the contractor and the Project Management Board.

The project to build Dai Nam University Complex Phase II was officially granted a construction license by Hanoi City in June 2020. Dai Nam University is honored to be one of 229 enterprises in the capital and the only educational institution trusted by Hanoi City to decide to invest in building the University complex on an area of nearly 9 hectares in the center of Ha Dong district - Hanoi.

Accordingly, in January 2021, Dai Nam University officially held the Groundbreaking ceremony for the Project with a total investment of up to 1,800 billion VND.

In May 2022, GD2 building in the 1,800 billion VND project was handed over and put into use.

In April 2022, Dai Nam University continued to start construction of the Rectorate Administration Building and Startup Center.

After more than 6 months of construction, the Administrative Building with an area of 1,052 m2, total floor area of 8,416 m2, 8 floors has officially been topped out and completed.

It is expected that on April 30, 2023, the Headquarters Administration Building will be officially accepted and put into use.

It is known that the Administration Building is designed very modernly, ensuring maximum functionality. All offices are invested with modern equipment to best meet the work, especially the digital transformation work of the School.

Dai Nam University is also implementing the construction of many items of the Project in parallel. The goal is to complete the construction of the school complex by 2025 with 03 lecture halls, 01 administrative building of the Headquarters, a system of practical and experimental workshops, a startup center, a practice hospital, a multi-purpose sports hall, a student hotel, a canteen, etc.

After completion of construction, Dai Nam University will have the facilities to train 20,000 students/year.
