“Warm Porridge” is one of the meaningful activities of the Volunteer Student Team of Dai Nam University (DNU), with the aim of sharing difficulties, encouraging and warming the lives of the less fortunate. “Warm Porridge” season 5 was held from November 2018 to the end of January 2019, with about 12 episodes. Up to now, the program has given away tens of thousands of cups of nutritious porridge to the lives of the disadvantaged.

Le Lan Anh - a member of the DNU Volunteer Student Team, emotionally confided: “Looking at the trembling hands receiving porridge, the mouths whispering words of thanks of the elderly, the innocent smiles of the children; the affectionate and grateful eyes of the poor workers, we clearly realized one thing, what we give does not stop at a late night meal but is sympathy, love and sharing. And the most profound lesson that I and the team members learned is "sosongs is giving", "giving to receive".
Warm Tet at Xuan Mai Leprosy Hospital
"Reunion Tet" is one of the volunteer activities of the DNU Student Volunteer Team. This year, the "Reunion Tet" program was organized with the purpose of not only bringing meaningful spring gifts and a warm year-end reunion meal, but also wanting to share, soothe loneliness, emptiness, warm hearts and spread the joy of reunion and happiness when Tet comes to spring at Xuan Mai Leprosy Hospital, Quoc Oai, Hanoi.
“Reunion Tet – Xuan Mai Leprosy Hospital” will take place on January 13, 2019.
The program is expected to be launched on January 13, 2019.
To have meaningful spring gifts, the DNU Student Volunteer Team has launched the Tet Reunion Fundraising Program - Xuan Mai Leprosy Hospital with a plan to sell fermented pork rolls. In just a short time, the team has sold out 13,000 rolls. All profits from selling fermented pork rolls will be transferred to the Tet Reunion Fund.
Dispelling the cold in the highlands of Yen Bai
The program "Warm Winter Love" 2019 of Dai Nam University will be held at Sung Do Kindergarten, Van Chan District, Yen Bai Province - where 100% of the students are poor, with 97 students mainly from Mong, Tay, Dao ethnic groups. By supporting necessary items such as blankets, pillows, mats, jackets, children's boots... and other necessities for daily life, the program hopes that the children will be "warmed in the cold winter in the highlands" when going to school.

In particular, some middle and high school students, when knowing the meaning of the program, also sent a small amount of money they saved to donate.
