Study roadmap and goals achieved by each year of Chinese Language students at Dai Nam University:
Year 1:
- The first-year subjects will provide students with basic knowledge of Chinese, helping them to communicate with native speakers at level 3-4 (according to the 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework for Vietnam). Major 1: Translation and interpretation
The Translation and Interpretation major will provide learners with basic knowledge about the translation and interpretation profession, including the history, market, characteristics... of the translation and interpretation profession, requirements for ethical qualities, and necessary qualities to become a professional translator and interpreter; at the same time, equip learners with basic professional skills necessary for professional translators and interpreters. Major 2: Chinese for commerce and tourism
