Economic law is a hot field attracting the interest of young people to study.

Basic knowledge of the field: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Theory of State and Law, Comparative Law. Professional knowledge: Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Commercial Law, Marriage and Family Law, International Public Law, International Justice, Legal Document Drafting Techniques. Specialized knowledge: Financial Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Land Law, Environmental Law, Labor Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Investment Law, International Commercial Law, Contract Law, Law on E-commerce, Property Law.

This knowledge is the legal foundation for operating organizations and activities in companies and enterprises; it is the basis for signing contracts in general and resolving business, commercial and labor disputes. Studying economic law also helps to analyze, evaluate, build and perfect legal institutions to serve economic development and integration.
