What is economic law?
Economic law is an important branch of law in our country's legal system, regulating economic relations arising in the process of organizing and managing the state's economy and in the process of production and business between business entities. Economic law was born to ensure the operating procedures of enterprises in the process of exchange and trade both domestically and internationally, and to resolve disputes in business and trade. |

Vietnam's economy is increasingly integrating deeply, requiring the legal corridor and issues related to economic policies to be strictly ensured and perfected. Any business or organization needs to understand the law to carry out business activities in accordance with the law.

Basic knowledge of the field: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Theory of State and Law, Comparative Law. Professional knowledge: Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Commercial Law, Marriage and Family Law, International Public Law, International Justice, Legal Document Drafting Techniques. Specialized knowledge: Financial Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Land Law, Environmental Law, Labor Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Investment Law, International Commercial Law, Contract Law, Law on E-commerce, Property Law.
This knowledge is the legal foundation for operating organizations and activities in companies and enterprises; it is the basis for signing contracts in general and resolving business, commercial and labor disputes.
