Winning Dai Nam Cup 2020, the Health block is really "strong"

On the morning of June 27, the 2020 Dai Nam Cup Men's and Women's Football Tournament officially ended. The champions of this year's season in both the men's and women's categories belonged to players from the Center for Continuing Education in Pharmacy. Notably, the First, Second, Third prizes, the title of top scorer, and the title of Miss Women's Football of this year's season were all named after the Health sector.

After nearly 1 month of competition with 85 fierce matches, Dai Nam Cup 2020 has found its champion.

The Dai Nam Cup Men’s and Women’s Football Tournament is a major and annual tournament jointly organized by the Board of Directors, the Movement Board and the Youth Union of Dai Nam University. After 9 consecutive years of organization, Dai Nam Cup has become an attractive and useful playground for students of all faculties to exchange, connect and hone their skills.

This year's tournament has more than 400 players from 26 men's soccer teams and 10 women's soccer teams representing 17 school-based youth unions participating in the competition.

Starting from June 8 to June 27, 2020, Dai Nam Cup 2020 with 85 exciting matches, demonstrating fierce, brave fighting and noble sportsmanship, solidarity has brought the audience "eye-catching" matches and many emotions.

The highlight of Dai Nam Cup 2020 is the methodical, elaborate and professional organization and operation of the season. The matches take place on the school's newly renovated and modern, large, beautiful field system; all competing teams have invested carefully in costumes, creating their own colors; the way the competition is organized and the season is run professionally according to Fifa standards; the referees are experienced and highly specialized people from prestigious sports organizations; the medical work for the season is also carefully prepared by the Organizing Committee from medical staff, stretchers, first aid equipment, etc.

In the end, the Gold medals for men's and women's football went to the Center for Continuing Education in Pharmacy. The Silver medals for men and women went to the Faculty of Pharmacy. The Bronze medal for men went to the Faculty of Information Technology; the Bronze medal for women went to the Faculty of Nursing.

The Silver Medal in Men's Football went to the boys from the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The Bronze Medal in Women's Football went to the girls from the Faculty of Nursing.

Also within the framework of the season, the Organizing Committee awarded the title of Top Scorer for men to player Vu Thanh Toan - Faculty of Pharmacy with 10 goals scored; Top Scorer for women belonged to player Nguyen Ha Khanh Linh - Faculty of Nursing with 5 goals. Miss Women's Football belonged to player Nguyen Thi Tra My - Faculty of Pharmacy with a voting score of 25,103.2 points.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Dr. Luong Cao Dong - Principal of the school highly appreciated the success of Dai Nam Cup 2020.
