During the teaching process, lecturers must ensure that students can hear, see, touch, understand and remember the knowledge.

BSCKII. Nguyen Van Them - Head of Anatomy Department reported at the Workshop.

In particular, it is necessary to combine classroom and extracurricular learning with writing; interweave practical examples and clinical pathology into lectures; establish medical clubs and websites related to the medical profession; encourage and create habits for students to read medical journals, participate in competitions, seminars, and forums about the medical profession, etc.

Practical sessions should be divided into small groups to ensure that each student gets the chance to practice. Students are allowed to make mistakes during the practical sessions on the model and must do it again and again until they are proficient. The instructor acts as an observer and closes the issues at the end of the session.

For the Parasitology course, based on the course output standards, teaching practice, and students' strengths and weaknesses, Dr. Can Thi Cuc - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine proposed to build study groups and study partners. Lecturers need to implement 3 avoids, 3 needs, and 1 have. Avoid copying entire documents, teachers reading and students copying, and rigid teaching. Need to filter appropriate content, have pedagogical ability, apply theory to practice. Have the ability to use modern teaching aids well.

Regarding classroom management skills, Dr. Tao Hong Van - Head of the Department of Pediatrics suggested: Lecturers need to publicize classroom rules right from the first lesson and strictly implement them; pay special attention to individual students in the class (usually sitting at the back of the class); immediately find out the reasons why students are late, skip class, talk privately during class, use the phone; make the most of the class officers participating in classroom management; lecturers ask many questions so that students can continuously brainstorm...
