On the occasion of the 126th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2016); welcoming the election day of the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016 - 2021 term, on the evening of May 18, 2016, the City Youth Union - Hanoi City Student Association organized the Youth Rendezvous program with the theme "Vietnamese Hearts" at the University of Commerce with the participation of thousands of students and young people in the capital.
The program is an opportunity for young people to express their love, responsibility and enthusiasm for the country while creating an exciting competitive atmosphere among the capital's youth and students to welcome important national events.

The program attracted the participation of many union members and young people from universities and colleges in Hanoi.

During the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 27 scholarships to students with especially difficult circumstances who achieved outstanding results in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings. This is also a source of encouragement and motivation from the Organizing Committee for them to continue to strive, make every effort to overcome all difficulties to become good students and useful citizens.

Nguyen Thu Hien, class TA 09-01, Dai Nam University was honored to be one of 27 students receiving a scholarship from the Hanoi Youth Union. The scholarship is a joy and encouragement for Hien, so that Hien can try harder to study and realize her dream. Hien is also the honor of Dai Nam University. She affirmed that although she is an ethnic minority and has a difficult family situation, with the special attention of Dai Nam University teachers and the closeness, sharing and help of friends, Hien has overcome her circumstances and achieved encouraging achievements.

The Youth Rendezvous with the theme "Vietnamese Hearts" is also an art program with popular songs praising the love for the homeland; expressing the youth's strength, awareness and responsibility in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Besides, there are songs with profound lyrics praising Uncle Ho... bringing many emotions and excitement to more than 2000 Union members and students present at the program .

The program also has the participation of many singers and bands loved by students.

"Vietnamese Hearts" is the name of the program and also the message that the Organizing Committee wants to send to the members and students of the Capital: Vietnamese hearts will always know how to love, how to be moved, how to share to beat together, to share a strong, wise and responsible love for the beloved Vietnam.
