(Regarding the organization of supplementary exams for the TC - University, College - University bridging system of various majors)

To: Heads of Departments, Divisions, Centers
- Based on the training plan for the 2016-2017 school year
- Based on actual situation
The Board of Directors announces the re-examination plan for students of the joint training program as follows:
1. Subjects : All students who are in debt for the Intermediate - University; College - University courses 1, 2, 3, 4 can register for a maximum of 4 credits.
2. Time :

2 | 10/21/2016 – 10/29/2016 | Students pay re-examination fees at the Finance and Accounting Department. |

3 | October 31, 2016 – November 5, 2016 | Based on the number of students who have registered and paid at the Finance and Accounting Department, the Training Department will schedule exams for each course. |

4 | 11/07/2016 – 11/20/2016 | Students take exams according to the schedule of the Training Department. |

3. Location : Dai Nam University – 56 Vu Trong Phung – Thanh Xuan – Hanoi
4. Division of work :
- Finance and Accounting Department: Collecting re-exam fees
- Training Department: Receive students' re-examination registration forms, count the number of students registering for courses and announce exam schedules.
- Examination and Quality Assurance Department: Organize exams, coordinate with specialized departments to mark and score exams
- Administration Department: Prepare classrooms
5. Implementation process
Step 1: Students register to retake the course at the Training Department (According to the prescribed form)
Step 2: Students pay tuition fees again at the Finance and Accounting Department.
Step 3: View class schedule announcements on the school's website and bulletin board
to receive: Where - Board of Directors (for reporting) - Departments (to implement) - PKT (to perform) - PHCQT, Finance (for coordination) - Save PĐT, VP | KT. PRINCIPAL VICE PRINCIPAL
